In April, workers at Tesla’s facility in Fremont, Calif. requested copies of the company’s OSHA Form 300, the log of work-related injuries and illnesses. An analysis of that data conducted by Worksafe, a California-based organization, appears to have shocked even Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who reportedly vowed to speak to injured workers and to perform their jobs tasks to experience first-hand their work process and safety challenges.
